How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential roofs are done in one to two days, weather permitting. Larger homes, steeper pitches, commercial buildings and complex roof lines take longer. We give you a realistic timeline up front rather than an optimistic one.
Should I repair my roof or replace it?
A repair is often the smart call — if the damage is in one area, the rest of the roof has good life left, and it's a single leak, boot or flashing issue. Replacement usually makes more sense when the roof leaks in several places, shingles are widely curling or balding, there's widespread storm or hail damage, or the roof is near the end of its lifespan.
