A claim inspection is an evidence exercise
Your adjuster wasn't on your roof during the storm. Everything they decide comes from what can be shown to them afterwards.
Dated, located photographs
Not a handful of snaps. Damage photographed per slope and per elevation, so the extent is obvious rather than arguable.
Test squares for hail
Where hail is involved, we mark and count impacts in a measured area — the standard adjusters actually work from.
Tied to a weather event
Damage linked to a specific storm date, which is what separates a covered event from ordinary wear in a carrier’s eyes.
What goes into the report
Insurance roof inspection findings have to survive someone else's scrutiny, so we cover the things claims actually turn on.
Shingle field damage
Bruising, granule loss and fractured mats — including hail damage that is invisible from the ground but obvious up close.
Wind damage and creasing
Lifted, creased or missing shingles, and broken seal strips that leave the roof vulnerable to the next storm.
Soft metals and accessories
Dents in vents, flashing, gutters and downspouts. Soft metals often prove a hail event even where the shingles look intact.
Collateral evidence
Damage to fencing, screens, AC fins and other surfaces that corroborates the storm and its direction.
Interior signs
Ceiling stains, attic moisture and daylight through the deck where we can safely check.
